Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive** to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries email, and chat in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
* Work collaboratively with other teams to improve customer experience.
* Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and [mention local language if required]).
* Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
* Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client support preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
