This pivotal role in our performance marketing team requires hands-on experience in overseeing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-sale (CPS) campaigns. As the Senior Manager for Delivery Performance, you will be based in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. The salary for this position ranges from 75,000 to 100,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, with an additional profit share component. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the delivery of campaigns utilizing CPL and CPS models. - Optimize performance campaigns across various web and app traffic sources. - Collaborate with publishers, affiliate partners, and internal teams to ensure prompt and high-quality lead/sale delivery. - Analyze campaign data, address issues in real-time, and enhance ROI. - Ensure adherence to client KPIs and campaign terms.
