Costing & Pricing Lead

Role Overview: As a Strategic Costing & Pricing Lead (Strategy & Commercial Lead) at our Bengaluru/Hosur office, you will play a crucial role in driving product pricing, cost optimization, and scenario planning across our operations. Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating with engineering and finance teams to define and refine product costs, implementing cost optimization initiatives across functions like supply chain and operations, assisting in customer discussions related to pricing and product cost reports, analyzing various business scenarios to facilitate strategic decisions, and contributing to the development of new business proposals, RFQs, and commercial pitch decks. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with engineering and finance teams to define and refine product costs - Drive cost optimization programs across functions like supply chain and operations - Support customer discussions on pricing and product cost reports - Analyze various business scenarios to facilitate strategic decisions - Contribute to new business proposals, RFQs, and commercial pitch decks Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Production, or Electronics, along with an MBA from a top-tier institute such as IIM, NITIE, SJMSOM, or equivalent - Minimum of 2+ years of post-MBA experience in Strategy/Consulting/FMCG/FMCD/EMS - At least 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in Engineering or SCM roles - Strong skills in Excel, product costing, and business case analysis - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Additional Company Details: Join us in building something impactful, efficient, scalable, and cost-smart.
