Job Description

Job Purpose:

This position will support costing, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and analysis of manufacturing overheads. The role will work closely with site operations, R&D, and other costing team members at corporate to deliver the proper costing related reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation costing of various products as required from time to time
Preparing a BOM based excel workings monthly to support the MIS closure
Preparation of inventory report and maintain provision related data in excel
Preparing the cost sheets based on the latest costs applicable as per SAP
Coordination with cross functional teams to prepare the costing reports and cost sheets from time to time

Required Qualifications, Experience & Certifications (If Applicable):

Education:

Semi qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) along with a bachelors degree is essential.

Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in costing.
