As an Executive - MIS, your primary role is to submit Management Information System (MIS) accurately and in a timely manner to assist the management in decision-making. You will report to the Plant Head and the Unit Head-MIS. The documents will be created by Tapan Kumar Das. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with all departments to prepare monthly reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. This involves providing data related to Manpower Cost, Power, and other abnormal activities before the 4th of every month and a mid-month estimate by the 16th. You will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS P & L cost center-wise, conducting gap analysis with the budget, and preparing revised budgets based on actual product mix. Additionally, you will analyze RM variance, Power variance, cons & spares variance, Manpower & OH variance, Selling & distribution variance, financial variance, among others. You will also be tasked with preparing various KPI reports as per management requirements, including Yield trend, RM defect & breakage trend, Power usage & rate trend, and more. Costing and profitability analysis will be a significant part of your role, where you will work on product costing/profitability and product profitability budgeted. Annual budget preparation, gap analysis with the previous year's actuals, and coordination for multi-year profit estimations will also fall under your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be required to provide change accounts to accounts, HR, Material, and Projects based on budget exercises and accounting standards. Conducting financial feasibility studies for projects and delivering additional financial and non-financial reports to the management as needed will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of Cost Standards, Accounting Standards, Processes, ERP, and MS Office. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and a qualification of ICWA/MBA Finance along with 2-4 years of experience is preferred for this position.,
