Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimator with a background in the doors and windows / aluminum & glazing industry. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for aluminum/uPVC window and door systems, ensuring accuracy in pricing, material selection, and project budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates from architectural drawings, BOQs, and client specifications.
• Perform material take-offs for aluminum profiles, glass, and hardware.
• Use Eva Win and Orgadata LogiKal for cost calculation and optimization.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams for pricing and project planning.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and maintain cost databases.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial offers.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of estimation experience in doors/windows/fenestration.
• Proficient in Eva Win, Orgadata LogiKal, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of aluminum/glass systems and installation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
