Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cost Estimator. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for managing project costs, performing accurate project estimations, creating budgets, and maintaining cost control. Daily tasks will include analyzing data, preparing detailed cost reports, working closely with project managers, and ensuring that all financial aspects of construction projects are within budgetary constraints. Qualifications Expertise in Cost Management and Cost Control Strong Analytical Skills for detailed data analysis and reporting Experience in Project Estimation and creating accurate budgets Ability to handle budgeting tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus
