Designation: Cost Estimation Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager Estimation (1)

Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical

Location: Vikroli - Mumbai.

Industry Type: OIL & GAS / REFINERY

Nature of Job: Permanent

Experience: 5+ YEARS

* Experience in Oil & Gas Industry/Refinery-Construction Site is must.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Study of Tender in aspect of Technical & Commercial.

• Preparation of Technical & Commercial queries for Pre-bid meeting.

• Making design calculation, preparation of rough drawings for estimation purpose,

• Preparation BOM along with technical specification as per client given scope.

• Understanding the site Execution scope for Tendering.

• Product Costing: Equipment models, spares & process equipment.

• On the basis of different codes & standards calculation of Manpower Supply,

• Consumables & tools tackles requirement etc.

• Negotiations with Vendors for the best cost estimation of Project.

• Taking quotations from approved Vendors. Preparation of Techno-commercial comparison.

• Attending the Pre-bid meeting, Site Visit & fruitful discussion with Client to know the site hindrances which can cause impact on Project Costing. Also, preparation of detailed report of Pre-bid, Site Visit & sharing the same with reporting authority.
