A Cost Accounting and Finance Executive at ARASPL STEELS PRIVATE LIMITED is responsible for managing cost analysis, budget planning, and financial reporting to ensure efficient utilization of company resources and strict adherence to financial and statutory regulations.
This role blends cost accounting techniques with finance management to improve profitability and support strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational and production costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare cost sheets, financial statements, and monthly stock valuation reports.
• Conduct cost variance and cost-volume-profit (CVP) analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and operations teams for accurate cost allocation.
• Develop and maintain standard costing systems and cost control mechanisms.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Perform financial reconciliations, maintain cost ledgers, and assist during internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory norms, and cost audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• Preferred certifications: CMA, CA, or CPA.
• Experience: 3–5 years in cost accounting, finance, or manufacturing accounts.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or ERP systems; advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Key Traits: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and financial accuracy.
