Job Description

Job Summary:

Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets (BOM, labour, overheads).
Conduct standard costing and variance analysis (material, labour, overhead).
Analyse manufacturing costs, yield losses, and process efficiencies.
Monitor actual vs standard costs and highlight deviations with actionable insights.
Monitor inventory valuation, slow-moving and obsolete stock.
Support physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and cost-related SOPs

Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with variance analysis, BOM costing, and MIS reporting
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
Experience working with ERP systems
Analytical mind-set with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate cost insights to non-finance stakeholders
