• Standard cost vs actual cost comparison and variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals)
• Opex analysis (Budget vs actuals department wise/KPI wise) • Product costing based on the new BOMs and provide to Marketing for Pricing decisions • Preparing ageing analysis of Raw material, WIP & FG on monthly basis and keep controls. • Contribution and Break-even analysis of various Product mix •Profitability analysis Product wise, Sector wise & Customerwise. • Quarterly, Monthly MIS on Budget vs Actual and reports circulating to departments in plant for the clarification in respect of budget controlling, the same can be consider for Board Review Meeting.
