Cosmetology Doctor (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough professional assessments of skin and hair conditions to understand client needs, concerns and expectations.
• Recommend and explain customized treatment plans, packages, pricing and post-care protocols clearly to clients.
• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, lasers, chemical peels, micro needling, HIFU and more with precision and safety.
• Diagnose cosmetic skin, hair and body concerns accurately and provide effective treatment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and generate referrals.
• Handle client objections and concerns with empathy, professionalism and patience.
• Deliver pre-procedure counseling and post-treatment care guidance, ensuring patients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
• Communicate treatment procedures, potential risks and expected outcomes clearly and confidently to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Medical degree: MBBS, BDS, or Diploma in Dermatology/Cosmetology with valid registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in aesthetic medicine with a strong sales record.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dermatology, aesthetic medicine, facial anatomy and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in Botox, fillers, PRP, lasers, chemical peels, micro needling, HIFU and related treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Target-driven, passionate about delivering excellent patient care while contributing to business growth.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
