Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough professional assessments of skin and hair conditions to understand client needs, concerns and expectations. Recommend and explain customized treatment plans , packages, pricing and post-care protocols clearly to clients. Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, lasers, chemical peels, micro needling, HIFU and more with precision and safety. Diagnose cosmetic skin, hair and body concerns accurately and provide effective treatment solutions . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and generate referrals . Handle client objections and concerns with empathy, professionalism and patience. Deliver pre-procedure counseling and post-treatment care guidance , ensuring patients feel supported and informed throughout their journey. Communicate treatment procedures , potential risks and expected outcomes clearly and confidently to clients. Qualifications & Experience: Medical degree : MBBS, BDS, or Diploma in Dermatology/Cosmetology with valid registration . Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in aesthetic medicine with a strong sales record. Comprehensive knowledge of dermatology, aesthetic medicine, facial anatomy and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques. Demonstrated expertise in Botox, fillers, PRP, lasers, chemical peels, micro needling, HIFU and related treatments. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
