Proven experience in designing and managing corporate wellness and employee engagement programs. Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee wellness programs Develop and implement employee benefit and engagement strategies Design and execute Corporate Wellness Programs to promote employee well-being. Strategically plan and oversee Corporate Health Checks to ensure employees have access to comprehensive preventive care. Develop and implement strategies to enhance mental health and emotional well-being of employees. Establish workplace wellness solutions by building strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and fitness centers. Innovate and refine Corporate Health Insurance policies to align with organizational objectives Strong understanding of mental health strategies, and employee assistance programs Preferred candidate profile
