Job Description

Support Role Corporate Travel

- Manage queries from Traveler’s, Travel consultants, Back-office, Account’s Team, Expense customer and all SBT customers.

- Customer profile management, Approver level and Cart on Self Booking tool for existing and new customer

- Any changes to corporate policies

- Log all cases to Zillious, EVA, Airlines, GDS’s and coordinate for closure

- Solve issue related to Pending cart (GDS Carries, LCC, Hotel, Car, Insurance etc.)

- Pre and Post Deployment testing

- Testing of pre and post bug/fixes

- Upload Self-contracted Hotel Rates

- Mapping of Airlines deals

- Work on pendency and assist in billing closure

- Analyze findings to understand customer need and market opportunities for product development.

- Support Implementation team

- Coordinate and conduct weekly design review meetings to ensure on-time delivery for key development.

- Responsible for new integration (End to end) of new suppliers on board and making supplier live.

- Initiation of BRD’s, sign off and make Product readiness for delivery.

- UAT’s – SBT tool, Products and enhancement
