Job Description

Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting Team

Shift Timings

3 PM 12 AM or 4 PM 1 AM (India Time)

Location

Hyderabad, India

Qualification

CA pass out

UK, EMEA, and APAC regions

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Prepare monthly and quarterly corporate tax provisions, including balance sheet substantiation.
Work on statutory accounts and draft corporate tax disclosure notes.
Manage outsourced corporation tax returns reviewing submissions and ensuring accuracy.
Oversee UK capital allowance and R&D tax credit claims processes.
Prepare reconciliations of current and deferred tax balances.
Collaborate closely with Finance teams, external auditors, and advisors across geographies.
Monitor Effective Tax Rates and support detailed reporting to the US tax team.
Manage corporate tax payments, calculations, and associated reconciliations.
Support withholding tax reporting and reclaim processes.
Contribute to project-based work related to acquisitions, disposals, and group restructuring.

What You Bring

Youre a detail-oriented finance professional with:

A strong accounting foundation and in-depth understanding of current and deferred tax under applicable GAAP.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience liaising with auditors and resolving queries.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
(Preferred) Experience within financial services, banking, or brokerage environments.
