Corporate Strategy Manager

The incumbent will drive product conceptualization, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and project oversight across residential, retail, and mixed-use portfolios. The role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional leadership, and deep understanding of real estate development, planning regulations, feasibility assessment, and GTM strategy formulation.

1. Product Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Develop and implement

  product positioning, pricing strategy, and revenue planning

  for large-scale residential, retail, and second-home portfolios (upwards of multi-thousand-crore valuations).
• Conduct detailed

  market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis

  to identify value drivers and features influencing product differentiation.
• Lead

  GTM strategy formulation

  , revenue forecasting, and performance projections in coordination with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Prepare

  project launch requirements

  , including pricing strategy, inventory deployment, amenity positioning & benchmarking, and sales enablement briefs.
• Align with

  market trends, opportunity gaps, and financial/operational performance

  to support strategic decision-making.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

• Oversee

  RERA compliance, documentation, and due diligence

  for project approvals

3. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Drive

  project lifecycle coordination

  between operations, finance, estimation, sales, marketing, CRM, and design teams to align on deliverables and milestones.
• Support the preparation of

  CAM charges, operational plans

  , and service frameworks for residential and retail assets.
• Project controls - Support leadership with dashboards, variance reports, and ROI assessments to improve predictability and efficiency in project planning

4. Planning, Policy & Infrastructure Development

• Contribute to large-scale

  urban development, port redevelopment, and brownfield revitalization projects

  including master planning, urban design guidelines, feasibility analysis, and redevelopment policies.
• Support the drafting and review of policy proposals such as

  redevelopment strategies, slum rehabilitation frameworks

  , and components of the

  Major Ports Act

• Collaborate with government bodies (Port Trusts, ULBs, central agencies) for planning approvals, design vetting, and regulatory clearances.

5. Design & Technical Oversight

• Oversee design coordination for

  residential/commercial projects

• Support the preparation of DPRs, business plans, and funding proposals for infrastructure
• Engage with consultants, architects, and engineering teams for design review, tender documentation, and appointment of technical consultants.
