Corporate Security Operations Analyst

As a Corporate Security Analyst at Interactive Brokers, you will work under the Head of Corporate Security & Safety to support security and safety initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring IBKR's access control system, investigating alarms, and initiating a response when necessary. - Producing access control reports to support investigations and policy adherence. - Completing IBKR access badging operations such as badge production, activations, deactivations, modifications, and reclamations. - Actively monitoring the CCTV system by conducting daily tours of site cameras and reporting observed safety and security concerns. - Conducting CCTV reviews to support security and compliance investigations. - Managing visitor management requests and ensuring adherence to visitor management protocols. - Performing daily site walkthroughs, observing, reporting, and documenting all unusual or unsafe activity, and taking appropriate action as required. - Assisting with emergency response to safety and security events. - Ensuring all security systems are properly functioning and reporting any system outages or technological issues. - Completing other tasks as assigned in support of IBKR Corporate Security & Safety. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in English. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency. - Experience in Alarm Monitoring, Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management systems. - Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the relevant field. - 2+ years of experience in corporate security environments. - CPR and First Aid certified or willingness to obtain certification after onboarding.
