Corporate Sales Executive / Assistant Manager

You will be joining our team in Gurugram as a Corporate Sales Professional, where your primary responsibility will involve acquiring new corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This full-time on-site role requires applicants to be located within a 5 KM radius of Gurugram. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential corporate clients, developing effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, conducting detailed market research, and preparing impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs. You will also lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance will also be essential for smooth project execution. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales within a B2B environment is required, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Your strategic thinking, goal-oriented mindset, and self-motivation will be key assets in meeting and exceeding targets.
