As a high-energy, target-driven Sales Professional at CBBC Wonders Pvt. Ltd. (Jipanditji.com), you will be responsible for owning and scaling the CSR Funding & Corporate Partnership vertical. Your role involves engaging in CXO-level conversations, strategic pitching, and driving high-impact social initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Corporate Outreach & Pipeline Development: Identify high-potential corporate accounts with aligned CSR mandates. - CXO-Level Pitching: Deliver compelling impact narratives to CSR Heads, CHROs, ESG teams, and Foundation leads. - Partnership Structuring: Develop customised CSR collaboration models, MoU frameworks, and impact-driven proposals. - Deal Conversion & Revenue Accountability: Close strategic CSR funding opportunities with clear quarterly targets. - Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal & external CSR stakeholders for long-term engagement. - Impact Reporting: Coordinate measurable outcome reports that align with Schedule VII norms. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong background in corporate sales / CSR fundraising / B2B consultative selling. - Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Ability to navigate corporate hierarchies, procurement cycles, and CSR compliance workflows. - High ownership mindset with a passion for impact-led initiatives. - Proven experience in working with CSR decision-makers is a strong advantage.
