Corporate Sales Associate

We are seeking a confident and target-oriented Corporate Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. This role involves generating corporate leads, engaging with key decision-makers, presenting suitable solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with professionals and working towards defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing discussions, and smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers may also apply)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
• Confidence in client interaction and basic negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and sales funnels is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
