Corporate Sales Associate

Job Summary

Brainwire Business Analytics is looking for a confident and target-driven Corporate Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. The role focuses on generating corporate leads, connecting with key decision-makers, delivering solution-based presentations, and converting prospects into long-term business clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with professionals and working toward defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
• Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with key decision-makers
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate business solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
• Confidence in handling client discussions and basic negotiation
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and sales funnels is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
