Corporate Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Corporate Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. The role involves generating corporate leads, engaging with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions, and converting prospects into long-term business clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with professionals and working towards defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
Schedule and conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations for decision-makersUnderstand client requirements and propose suitable business solutionsMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications in the CRM systemAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clientsCoordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing discussions, and smooth onboarding

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development; freshers may also applyStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluency in English and MalayalamConfidence in client interactions and basic negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of B2B sales cycles and sales funnels will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
