Corporate Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and goal-oriented Corporate Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. The role focuses on generating corporate leads, engaging with business decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with professionals and working towards defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for key decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers may also apply)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
• Confidence in client interaction and basic negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and sales funnels will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
