CORPORATE RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Research Executive to

join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in

commerce, with excellent research, communication, and analytical skills. This role

involves conducting corporate research, consolidating data, and supporting clients with

accurate and insightful data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct web-based and database research on assigned entities and industries
• Perform due diligence and compile concise company and organizational profiles
• Analyze ownership structures and summarize key insights
• Extract, organize, and validate data from official and publicly available sources
• Draft professional correspondence and research summaries for clients
• Attend virtual meetings with offshore clients and internal teams as required
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• M.Com / MBA / Company Secretary (CS) or CA Dropout
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
