Recording and publishing of all the safety requirements Finalization of Safety committee and arranging/charring the monthly safety review meeting & JPSC at site Providing safety statistics for MPR, from this month onwards Helping PM to maintain the CBRE KPIs(Safety KRA) documentation and for that you need to promote the site visits with client and record their feedback. Responsibilities: Project Execution & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for corporate fit out projects. Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial design and planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Manage and coordinate all project activities, including site surveys, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
