As a Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) professional, your role will involve focusing on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and competencies to improve work performance and drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Develop and implement professional development programs to support employee growth. - Manage talent development initiatives to ensure employees are equipped with necessary competencies. - Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create tailored programs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required for this role. - Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel management is necessary. - At least 5 years of experience in staff training is required. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is essential for effective communication.
