Corporate Insurance

• Counseling the patients and their attendants on Insurance processing, factors required for approval, reason for denials and role of Hospital and Insurance company, TPA etc.,

• To send pre-authorization form duly filled on time for cases to be admitted & In-patients.

• Coordination with Patients, Insurance companies, TPA & Billing.

• Follow ups of the pre-authorization approvals.

• To keep the patient / attendants informed about the status of their insurance & counsel them in case of denial.

• To monitor, guide & coordinate processing of insurance.

• To guide the Patients for Reimbursement.

• To the extent possible avoid denial of claims and ensure maximum payments to Hospital.

• Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures

• Any other job assigned by superiors as per exigencies of work.

• To coordinate with billing to collect the company payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
