The Responsibilities of the Data Entry Operator – Patient Services include the following: · Responsible for typing all the discharge summaries with accuracy and minimal response time. · Coordinate with doctors, coordinators and Nursing team for preparing the discharge summaries. · Collect and maintain data (daily register, discharge time, planned discharges, patient history, diagnosis details etc) · Prepare the discharge summary of provisional discharges/ ICU shifting. Escalate issues to the respective Supervisors/Manager. Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
