Corporate finance and strategy manager

Role Overview: As a Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager at Ocugen, you will be a crucial part of the Commercial and Strategy team. Your main responsibilities will include creating internal financial models and strategy content, collaborating closely with commercial and business development teams, and reporting to the EVP, Business & Commercial Development. You must excel in delivering results within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain corporate financial models - Support the long-term strategic plan - Assist in commercial activities such as planning and project timelines - Develop impactful content for shaping ophthalmology gene therapy strategy and implementation - Handle ad-hoc requests to support Commercial, Strategy, Business Development, and finance as needed Qualifications: - Hold a BS or MBA degree in business and biotechnology or a closely related field - Possess over 5 years of experience in creating financial models for biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies - Have mastery of Excel and PowerPoint - Demonstrate the ability to deliver on tight deadlines - Exhibit attention to detail, outstanding organization skills, and self-motivation - Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach - Show proficiency in identifying and resolving issues while effectively managing timelines Additional Company Details: This position is based in an office setting, with limited remote work opportunities.
