Job Description

As a Corporate Credit Analyst Trainee at Bagmane Solarium City, Kundalahalli Colony, Brookefield, Bangalore, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare financial spreads and conduct financial analysis of corporate clients. - Support credit paper preparation and annual/quarterly portfolio reviews. - Identify key credit risks and propose mitigants. - Recommend updated ratings and LGDs for corporate transactions. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Portfolio, and Origination teams. - Maintain and prepare internal management reports. To excel in this role, you are expected to have the following qualifications: - Freshers with CA Qualified OR CFA Level 1/2/3 cleared. - Graduation in Commerce, Economics, or Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of Articleship experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. In addition to the qualifications, you are expected to have a strong understanding of financial statement evaluation, credit ratios, and credit analysis. You should be capable of conducting basic financial analysis and commenting on the credit profile of corporate entities. It is important for you to be able to identify the top 3 risks and mitigants for a credit case and be prepared to discuss what additional information would be required to complete a full credit analysis. Preferred qualifications for this role include being CA Qualified or CFA Level 2/3 certified, having a postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, possessing excellent command of English (verbal & written) with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus, and having strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
