Job Description

As a Corporate Counsel in the Office of Integrity and Compliance at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Developing and implementing a compliance program, including drafting policies and processes, defining system controls, and monitoring the program for continual improvements. - Conceptualizing, developing, and implementing a third-party risk management program. - Conducting or overseeing compliance training and education sessions, from formal training sessions to informal one-on-one instructions and internal compliance mailers. - Performing intra-departmental interviews with key stakeholders involved in high-risk processes to ensure compliance with established processes and applicable legislations. - Proposing and monitoring risk mitigation plans identified during process reviews. - Implementing and managing subsidiary compliance programs. - Providing advisory to internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandates. - Supporting the build of Tone and culture of the organization in line with the requirement of CIP. - Drafting policies and administering the Code of Conduct and Ethics. Required skills for this role include: - Expert knowledge of FCPA, UKBA, and other Anti-Corruption laws. - Implementation of third-party risk management programs. - Extensive experience in report development, policy, and procedure development in a multinational corporation. - Experience in public speaking and business presentation. - Knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards, including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls, and Immigration laws. - Independent project management skills. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Willingness to adopt an innovative approach and handle change management effectively.
