Job Description

As a lawyer with 8-12 years of experience in Employment Laws at Infosys Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Preparing memos on complex regulatory issues - Liaising with external counsel as required to ensure regulatory compliances - Reviewing and finalizing employment policies and contracts - Negotiating with clients and partners to resolve contractual deadlocks - Providing advice on issues related to transfer of employment, termination of employment, social security contributions, and employee benefits - Preparing and approving responses on behalf of the Company for submission to courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities - Executing litigation strategy - Coordinating litigation and other legal matters handled by external counsel - Contributing research papers to the knowledge repository to enhance the Legal Department's knowledge base - Providing training on employment law issues to the Company Qualifications required: - Full-time Law Graduates with relevant experience,
