JOB PURPOSE:

To collaborate within the organization to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications.

• Responsible for coordinating, including electronic and print communications, archiving, billing, can contribute to design

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinate and deliver email campaigns, photographs & photo shoots and to be part of shoot.

• Provide support to marketing & other internal department as required.
• Co-ordinate with purchase department for providing art work and getting material prepared.
• Co-ordinate with Doctors and Vendors.
• To maintain bill copies of the vendors.
• To make billing entries for the vendors & send it to concerned department for payment processing.
• To meet the relevant HOD’s/Consultant for approvals on the final art work created by the creative team.
• To follow up with the HOD’s/Consultant for the content required to prepare art work designs.
• To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative & protocols of the organization
