Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close high-value business opportunities with companies, corporate clients, and senior decision-makers for our digital marketing and related services.

The role involves building relationships with business owners, founders, directors, marketing heads, and senior management; understanding business objectives; and recommending tailored solutions that align with client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage the corporate sales process from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities among corporate clients and established businesses.
• Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through market research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Approach business owners, founders, directors, marketing heads, and other senior decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct professional client meetings to understand business goals, challenges, and marketing requirements.
• Present relevant solutions, including Google Ads, website development, SEO, social media management, and other digital marketing services.
• Develop customized service recommendations based on client objectives, requirements, and budgets.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Manage follow-ups, address client objections, negotiate commercial terms, and move qualified opportunities toward closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business and account growth.
• Convert qualified sales opportunities into new clients and contribute toward business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and pipeline status in the CRM or assigned tracking system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding, project handover, and a smooth transition after deal closure.

Experience

• Relevant experience in corporate sales, business development, B2B sales, digital marketing sales, IT sales, or professional service sales will be preferred.
• Experience handling corporate accounts, senior management, or high-value business opportunities will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience selling Google Ads, website development, SEO, social media management, IT services, SaaS, or other B2B solutions will be preferred.

Role Objective

To acquire corporate clients, develop high-value B2B sales opportunities, and build long-term business relationships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth for the company's digital marketing services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
