What youll do:

• Coordinate with the client team and ensure smooth adoption of LexBlues cab booking workflow.
• Act as the

  single point of contact

  for daily cab booking operations.
• Handle booking requests, cancellations, and escalations.
• Support employees with

  mobile app-related queries

  and booking issues.

What were looking for:

• 02 years of experience in

  operations, coordination, or customer support

  .
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts.
• Must have a

  personal laptop

  .
• Prior experience in transport/cab services is a plus.
