What youll do: Coordinate with the client team and ensure smooth adoption of LexBlues cab booking workflow. Act as the single point of contact for daily cab booking operations. Handle booking requests, cancellations, and escalations. Support employees with mobile app-related queries and booking issues. What were looking for: 02 years of experience in operations, coordination, or customer support . Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Comfortable working evening/night shifts. Must have a personal laptop . Prior experience in transport/cab services is a plus.
