Core SME Lending

We are currently looking for a Core SME Lending professional to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a knowledgeable and experienced Business Analyst/SME, you will be instrumental in implementing banking software solutions for our clients, focusing primarily on the Lending space. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, such as Business stakeholders, Delivery squads, Design & Development teams. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and objectives. - Ensuring that requirements are well-defined, clearly understood, and documented in the form of epics/User stories, signed off by all relevant stakeholders. - Providing business/functional expertise regarding client requirements, particularly in the lending space. - Assisting Design/Development teams in configuring and customizing requirements to meet client needs and enhance user experience. - Creating Training materials/Operating manuals for business users on the overall business flow in the new system/architecture. - Supporting SMEs of other delivery squads by offering timely inputs on deliverables/functionalities whenever there is a foreseeable impact on other system functionalities/deliverables. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: - Strong Business/functional expertise in the lending space. - Experience in delivering significant functionalities in the lending domain, with notable contributions in the LOS/LMS space. - Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize requirements, validating them with business stakeholders. - Collaboration with the Product Owner, Design Team, and the delivery squad to resolve design challenges and provide workaround solutions. - Professionalism with a robust Banking domain expertise acumen, aligning easily with business needs/goals for successful delivery. Experience and Skills required: - 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years as SME/BA in LOS/LMS implementations. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Ceremonies. - Strong experience in managing Business stakeholders and their requirements. - Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). - Experience with any of the Big 4s would be advantageous. - Prior Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets will be an added advantage.
