Core Engineer (Fault Management)

As an Integrated Wireless Solutions professional with 3-6 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Follow up on faults with different work groups inside the NOC & Field until the fault is resolved. - Monitor and track all events to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. - Escalate faults to TAC Core after conducting preliminary analysis. - Notify all Core outages to Shift Head / FM lead and work groups following the fault management process. - Perform daily health checks of the EPC system and take corrective actions if issues are identified. - Notify & escalate all service-affecting faults or potential service-affecting faults within the defined fault management process and SLA. - Conduct first-level (FM L1) impact analysis of Core faults and resolve them within the SLA. Your qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics (B.E./B.
