Copywriter (Short Form & Ideation)

As a Copywriter at the leading brand consulting and digital advertising agency, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling copy for one or more brands. You will be responsible for translating creative direction and copy points into engaging and effective content, collaborating closely with the Art team, maintaining high standards of copywriting, and participating in client meetings and presentations. Your ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Translate creative direction and copy points into engaging and effective copy - Collaborate with the Art team throughout concept development, presentation, and execution - Demonstrate advanced copywriting expertise across various marketing executions - Understand business objectives and audience demographics - Maintain high standards of copywriting and quality control - Participate in client meetings and represent the agency at social events - Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines - Lead the copy team in developing concepts and executing projects Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of copywriting experience in advertising or digital agency environment - Exceptional writing skills for varied projects with diverse audiences - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and juggle diverse writing demands - Quick creative thinking with attention to detail within demanding deadlines - Understanding of graphic design and the interplay between textual and visual elements - Openness to constructive criticism and flexibility in adaptation - Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, or related field - Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus The Brand Bee is committed to aligning and transforming client's business goals into brand strategies, communicated through engaging brand experiences.
