Role Overview:

Copywriter

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy across digital and print platforms (web, brochures, social media, ads, emails, blogs, etc.)
  
• Translate complex real estate and hospitality offerings into clear, attractive, and emotionally resonant messaging
  
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, sales, and product teams to align messaging with campaign goals and brand voice
  
• Develop naming concepts, taglines, and positioning statements for new projects and products
  
• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammar, tone, and style are consistent
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor messaging, and audience insights to refine content strategy
  
• Support scripting for video content, voice-overs, and pitch presentations
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  
• 36 years of copywriting experience (agency or brand side)
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles across real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
  
• Exceptional command of English, grammar, and storytelling
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without compromising quality
  
• Experience writing for SEO and digital platforms is a plus
  
• Familiarity with creative tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Grammarly, etc.
