Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread news articles, scripts, and other content in Gujarati for grammar, style, clarity, and factual accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to Gujarat Vandan’s editorial guidelines and journalistic standards.
• Work closely with reporters, writers, and the digital team to enhance the quality of published content.
• Verify facts, sources, and data to maintain accuracy and credibility.
• Improve readability and engagement of articles while maintaining neutrality and authenticity.
• Ensure correct usage of language, punctuation, and tone suitable for a news audience.
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced news environment.
