Job Title: Copyright & Intellectual Property Compliance Expert Location: On-Site – 2nd Floor, The Statement, Golf Course Rd, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002 Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Copywriting, Copyright Law, IP Compliance, or related domains Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Copyright & IP Compliance Expert with strong copywriting skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing content creation while ensuring full compliance with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations across all digital assets and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review marketing content, ensuring clarity and compliance with IP laws Conduct risk assessments for potential copyright/trademark violations Create and implement copyright and trademark usage guidelines and SOPs Monitor and handle legal claims such as DMCA takedowns or cease & desist notices Assist with trademark registrations and brand protection strategies Educate internal teams on legal content practices through training and resources Utilize tools for monitoring IP risks and stay updated on evolving laws Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Intellectual Property, Media Law, or related field (LLB preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in copyright/IP law or legal content compliance Strong understanding of DMCA, trademark law (Indian & international), and digital media regulations Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Familiarity with plagiarism checkers, legal databases, and brand/IP monitoring tools Interview Mode: Strictly Face-to-Face ( No Online Interviews Will Be Conducted) Please read the job description carefully before applying.
