ET is a leading brand in business news and information, offering readers the definitive source for insights on business and policy in India. The publication also covers extensive content on politics, sports, and international affairs. The ET Editorial function plays a pivotal role in upholding the publication's reputation for excellence by delivering insightful news and analysis through continuous innovation in content delivery. Your responsibilities will include editing copies, selecting photos, providing graphic ideas, headlines, and captions. You will collaborate with reporters for graphic content and stories, and with photographers for images to enhance the overall product for our readers. Additionally, you will create layout dummies for assigned pages/editions, curate stories and images for visually appealing pages, craft catchy headlines, taglines, and captions, design informative graphics, and edit/rewrite stories to ensure error-free, engaging, and informative pages. Moreover, you will scan agencies for relevant stories to maintain a competitive edge and ensure comprehensive coverage. To be considered for this role, you should possess a graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in English, along with a degree or diploma in journalism/mass communication. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required. Please note that the organization is specifically seeking candidates with a background in print media.
