Copy Editor Trainee

Note:

Bsc IT, BE and BTech in to Computer science, AI, Data Science or Mechanical is not eligible for this role.

What an Copyeditor will do?

Copy editing is a process that ensures that text is correct in terms of spelling, grammar, punctuation, terminology and formatting. Copy editing also ensures that the idea the writer wishes to portray is clear and easy to understand by the readers.

To compare the input content with output content and spot the errors (such as text, font style,
font size, symbols, grammar, etc.,) in the output and highlight the errors found in an article s, Books and Journals.
Proofread the articles word-to-word or character-by-character with 100% accuracy.
Styles check the articles according to the SOP, Checking the every edits and corrections given by the author.

Candidate Profile:

Should be good in English (both verbal & written). Must passed out in the academic year of 2022 to 2024.
Should have basic computer knowledge and should be good in typing.
Proficiency in MS office tools like MS Word.
Good eye for detail and should be able to identify mistakes in content.
