Job Description

Amnet is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Trainee Copy Editors at our Chennai office. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong language skills and a passion for reading, writing, and refining content.

As a copy editor, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and enhancing written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Edit content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and consistency
Ensure adherence to style guides and project-specific guidelines
Identify and correct errors in language, formatting,and structure
Collaborate with senior editors and team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
Maintain high editorial quality standards across all assigned tasks

Expected Competencies

Excellent command of the English language
Masters degree in any discipline
Strong flair for reading and writing
Keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Strong communication and comprehension skills
