Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to lead our corporate and bulk sales vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value bulk orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate Sales Strategy: Build and execute a strong pipeline for bulk and corporate sales across industries (IT, hospitality, events, HR firms, etc.)
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, pitch Decoreds’ offerings, and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Bulk Order Management: Coordinate end-to-end sales for bulk/corporate orders, from inquiry to delivery, including customization and pricing negotiations.
  • Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with corporate clients, event managers, gifting platforms, and HR procurement teams.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain records of leads, prospects, sales targets, and conversions using CRM tools. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of bulk orders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in lifestyle, home decor, or gifting sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
