We are currently seeking a Technical Lead with a specialization in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft technologies, encompassing Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio/AI Foundry, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate is characterized by an innovative mindset, staying abreast of the latest technology advancements in Power Platform and Microsoft AI services. The Technical Lead role requires at least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a solid background in service delivery. Key responsibilities include designing and developing business applications utilizing web technologies, as well as leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies. You will be at the forefront of exploring new features within Power Platform Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents, proposing solution approaches, and spearheading proof of concepts with the latest features in the Power Platform Copilot ecosystem. Additionally, your expertise in infrastructure architecture, version control, software development best practices, and software design methodologies will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and develop applications using Microsoft technologies and Power Platform technologies. - Demonstrate a profound understanding of architecture patterns in application development. - Showcase proficiency in ASP.net, Angular JS, React, typescript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, bootstrap, Json, XML. - Develop APIs using REST protocol and design Power Platform-based solutions utilizing Dataverse and Copilot Studio. - Engage in conversational intelligence bot development leveraging Copilot and design Copilot Agents. - Collaborate with business analysts/consultants and other teams to deliver robust solutions. - Exhibit expertise in database technologies such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB. - Create solution design documentation and define unit test cases based on user scenarios. - Facilitate the training and development of technical developers within the team. - Desired proficiency in cloud solutions like Azure or AWS and the ability to establish strong relationships with project stakeholders.
