Primary School Coordinator

GoldenBee Global School - Begur - Koppa road campus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic and operational functioning of Primary grades (1–5).
• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Monitor teacher performance and provide guidance, training, and classroom observations.
• Coordinate timetables, events, exams, and academic calendars.
• Maintain student discipline, wellbeing, and parent communication.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Principal and stakeholders for smooth school operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Primary; coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
