Job Description

Position: Coordinator/ faculty Game Design and Animation

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee curriculum delivery, planning, and quality assurance
Develop and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming
Mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships
Integrate programming modules (game logic, interactivity, AI) into course content
Lead collaborations with industry and support faculty development
Organize game jams, showcases, and co-curricular industry events

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, JavaScript
Experience with game engines and tools: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender
Understanding of animation workflows, storytelling, and level design
Strong knowledge of gameplay mechanics, UI/UX for games, and interactive media
Ability to lead teams, coordinate across departments, and manage academic operations

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience
Strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
